Uninstalled Tapita app + removed 3 residual theme files (tapita-seo-schema.liquid. Tapita-meta-data.json, tapita-schema-config.json) + removed the `{% include 'tapita-seo-schema' %}` conditional from layout/theme.liquid.

Also fixed the legacy hardcoded Product JSON-LD block (product.description strip_html + JSON-escape failure on raw newlines). Product page now emits 5 valid JSON-LD blocks with 0 parse errors.
