Our commitment to quality means we stand behind every batch. If something is wrong with your order, we make it right — no fine print.

Every Yeti Life shilajit batch is Eurofins-verified before it ships. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we replace it or refund you in full. This policy explains exactly when, how, and within what timeframes.

Short version: 7-day return window for unopened products, immediate replacement for damaged or defective ones, and full refund if we can't resolve the issue.

Return Eligibility

What can be returned · What cannot

Eligible for return or refund:

  1. Damaged on arrivalJar broken, seal tampered, container leaking. Photograph the unboxing and email care@theyetilife.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Defective productUnusual smell, texture inconsistent with authentic shilajit resin, or visibly adulterated. Batch-level lab verification will be shared.
  3. Wrong item shippedOur packing error. We cover return shipping and replace with the correct item.
  4. Unopened product within 7 daysIf you've received the product but not used it, you can return it within 7 days for a refund less return shipping.

Not eligible for return:

  • Opened or partially consumed product (for food-safety reasons)
  • Products returned after 7 days from delivery
  • Products damaged by misuse
  • Free gifts and promotional items

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email care@theyetilife.comInclude your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product and packaging.
  2. Pack the productIn the original packaging if possible. Include the invoice slip.
  3. Ship or schedule pickupFor damaged/defective orders we arrange free pickup. For unopened returns, you ship at your cost via an insured courier.

Refund Timeline

When your money comes back
  1. InspectionWe inspect the returned product within 3 business days of receipt.
  2. ApprovalIf the return meets our policy, we approve the refund and notify you by email.
  3. Refund processedRefund is initiated within 2 business days of approval. Credit card and UPI refunds typically land in 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

For variant changes · Within 7 days

If you received the wrong variant or want to exchange for a different size within 7 days of delivery, email care@theyetilife.com. We cover shipping for our error. Customer-requested exchanges incur return-shipping charges (approximately ₹150–300).

Damaged or Defective Orders

Our commitment · Zero-question replacement

If your jar arrives damaged or the product is defective, we replace it immediately at our cost — no questions asked. Email us with photos within 24 hours of delivery and we'll dispatch a replacement the same day.

Every batch of Yeti Life shilajit is independently tested by Eurofins for fulvic acid content, heavy metals (including thallium from 2025), microbial safety, and authenticity markers. The full Certificate of Analysis is published on our Lab Results archive for every batch.
