Who We Share Data With

Only processors we strictly need

• Payment processors (Razorpay, Shopify Payments) — for payment authorisation. We never see full card numbers.
• Shipping carriers (Delhivery, BlueDart, India Post) — name, address, phone for delivery.
• Shopify — our e-commerce platform (hosts the store, processes checkouts).
• Analytics providers (Google, Meta, Microsoft) — aggregated, anonymised usage data only.
• Legal authorities — only when compelled by valid legal process.

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

Data Retention

How long we keep what we store

Order records are retained for 7 years for tax and accounting compliance under Indian law. Marketing subscribers are retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form indefinitely.
