What a 20 g jar costs

Each figure is the listed price on that seller's own product page on 6 October 2026, divided by the stated net weight. Prices exclude shipping, coupons and checkout discounts, and they move with sales.

Brand Listed price Price per gram
Heritage Kashmir ₹599 ₹29.95/g
The Yeti Life ₹899 ₹44.95/g
Kapiva ₹999 ₹49.95/g
Rasayanam ₹999 ₹49.95/g
Upakarma ₹999 ₹49.95/g
Zandu ₹1,499 ₹74.95/g

Nutrabay's 20 g pack was ₹699 when it was last readable, on 14 September 2026. Its storefront no longer publishes a price a machine can read, so it is left out of today's figures rather than carried forward as though it were current.

The same resin is cheaper per gram in a bigger pack

Brand Pack Listed price Price per gram
Upakarma 90 g (3 × 30 g) ₹1,999 ₹22.21/g
Rasayanam 60 g (pack of 3) ₹2,499 ₹41.65/g
The Yeti Life 60 g (3 jars) ₹2,597 ₹43.28/g
The Yeti Life 40 g (2 jars) ₹1,748 ₹43.70/g

Upakarma's three-pack is the cheapest shilajit per gram we found anywhere in this set, at ₹22.21, less than half its own 20 g jar. The lesson is arithmetic rather than brand: divide the price by the grams before deciding anything.

How long 20 g lasts

Published human trials gave shilajit at 200 to 500 mg a day. At 250 mg a day a 20 g jar lasts about 80 days; at 500 mg a day, about 40. That is the honest way to compare the cost of two products — cost per day at the dose you actually intend to take, not cost per jar.

What the price does not tell you

Nothing we have read links a price per gram to a measured fulvic acid figure or to a heavy-metal result. The cheapest jar in the table above and the dearest both arrive with no document unless the brand chooses to publish one. We checked which Indian brands do: on 8 October 2026, two of eight published a certificate on their own site.

For our own 20 g jar, the certificate for batch B023724DC25 reports fulvic acid at 76.12% and records lead, arsenic, mercury and cadmium each as passing against the Ayurvedic Pharmacopoeia of India specification, based on Eurofins report AR-258-2025-20112882-01. Our jar is ₹899, ₹44.95 per gram — mid-range in the table, neither the cheapest nor the dearest.
