Lab Results & Certificates of Analysis
Every batch of our lab-tested shilajit is independently verified by Eurofins India. We publish the full shilajit lab test report — the Certificate of Analysis — before any jar ships. The batch number on your jar matches the certificate on this page.

Every batch traces from rock-face to sealed jar through documented lab testing — and we publish the certificates here for every customer to verify
Most Indian shilajit brands either skip independent lab testing or publish in-house data that cannot be verified. We do the opposite. Every Yeti Life batch goes through the full pharmacopeial panel at Eurofins India before release.
This page is the live archive of every batch we have ever shipped. The current batch is at the top. Older batches stay archived indefinitely so you can verify any jar you have purchased since 2024.
Current Active Batch — B023724DC25
Tested by Eurofins India · Released December 2025Our current shipping batch is B023724DC25, manufactured in December 2025 and released after passing the full Eurofins panel. Here are the verified results:
The fulvic acid percentage of 76.12% sits firmly inside the 60-80% range that the Indian Ayurvedic Pharmacopeia (API) defines as authentic shilajit. Below 50% suggests under-purified material.
Above 90% suggests synthetic blends. Reference: Stohs 2014 (Phytother Res) [Review].
Why Eurofins Matters
Globally accredited · ISO 17025 · India presenceEurofins is one of the three globally trusted independent analytical laboratories in the world. The other two are SGS and Intertek. We chose Eurofins for three reasons:
- ISO 17025 accreditation. The international gold standard for testing labs. Eurofins meets it across all India locations.
- India presence with global standards. Eurofins India in Bangalore performs every Yeti Life batch test. Reports come on Eurofins letterhead and can be verified through their global portal.
- Third-party independence. We pay for testing. Eurofins reports the actual numbers regardless of whether the batch passes. Failing batches never ship.
In-house lab data, "self-tested" certificates, and unaccredited local lab reports do not meet our internal standard. They should not meet yours either when you compare brands.
The 2025 Thallium Standard
New since 2025 · Critical for Indian buyersIn 2025, a paper in Food and Chemical Toxicology found unsafe thallium levels in some imported shilajit samples. Thallium is a toxic heavy metal that builds up in bone and kidney tissue over years.
Most pre-2025 COAs did not test for thallium.
Yeti Life added thallium screening in mid-2025. We are one of the few Indian brands that publish thallium results on every COA. Our current batch tests at 0.02 mg/kg — well below FDA Category 1 thresholds.
What We Test For
Full pharmacopeial panel · Every batchThe Eurofins panel covers four categories. Every batch passes every test before release:
- Active compound assayFulvic acid by spectrophotometric method. Standard pharmacopeial assay. Range required: 60-80% for authentic resin.
- Heavy metal panelLead, arsenic, mercury, cadmium — tested by ICP-MS. Plus thallium (2025 standard). All below FDA Category 1 limits.
- Microbiological testsTotal plate count, yeast and mould, E. coli, Salmonella, coliforms. All within FSSAI and API limits.
- Authenticity markersDibenzo-alpha-pyrone chromoprotein complex (DBP). The Ghosal 1991 authenticity marker that distinguishes real shilajit from humic-acid powder.
Indian Regulatory Compliance
FSSAI · AYUSH · MCA registeredYeti Life Pvt. Ltd. operates under full Indian regulatory compliance. We hold the following approvals:
- FSSAI nutraceutical license. Number printed on every jar. Required for any nutritional supplement sold in India.
- AYUSH license. Required for any product making Ayurvedic claims. Issued under Ministry of AYUSH guidelines.
- MCA-registered company. CIN U47XXX0DL2024PTC. Public company filings on the MCA portal.
- GST registration. Number listed on every invoice. Tax-compliant for Indian buyers.
- BIS hallmark. Bureau of Indian Standards safety mark for product packaging.
How to Verify Your Batch
Step-by-step verification · 2 minutesAnyone with a Yeti Life jar can verify the lab data independently. The process takes about two minutes:
Note the batch number
Find the batch number printed on the jar lid or label. It looks like B023724DC25 or similar format.
Also note the manufacture date.
Locate the matching COA on this page
Use the batch number to find the matching certificate in the archive section below. Each batch has its own dedicated card with the full PDF link.

Open the PDF. Verify that the batch number on the certificate matches the batch number on your jar.
Confirm the analytical report (A.R.) number.
Cross-check with Eurofins portal
Visit the Eurofins India online portal. Enter the A.R. number from the certificate. The portal returns the same data, confirming authenticity.
If you ever see a mismatch between your jar and the COA on this page, contact our customer support team immediately. Our reputation depends on every batch matching its published certificate.
Historical Batch Archive
Every batch since 2024 · Permanent recordWe maintain a permanent archive of every batch from launch in 2024. Older batches stay accessible indefinitely so you can verify any jar you have purchased.
Even if you bought your jar two years ago.
Each archived batch shows the same data structure as the current batch above:
- Batch number, MFG date, EXP date. Printed on every jar and certificate.
- Fulvic acid percentage and heavy metal panel. The full Eurofins data.

Our 2026 Testing Cadence
Every batch · COA published pre-ship · Permanent archiveOur 2026 rhythm is the same one we have practiced since launch: no batch ships before its Certificate of Analysis is on this page. The active batch shipping today is B023724DC25, purified in December 2025 and Eurofins-cleared for full release. As the 2026 summer harvest (June–August) is collected and purified, each new batch will follow the identical chain — hand-harvest, shodhana, the full pharmacopeial panel — and its COA will appear here on the day that batch is released.
We do not pre-announce results we have not measured. A batch only earns a place on this archive after every specification clears testing. Failed batches are destroyed — never downgraded, repurposed, or sold under another brand. That is the only honest way to operate a verified-shilajit supply chain.
How to Read a Shilajit COA
A buyer's checklist · What every honest certificate must showNot every COA is equal. Some Indian brands publish lab reports that lack the fields needed to verify what is actually in the bottle. When you compare any shilajit COA — ours or anyone else's — these are the lines that should be on the page:
- Named accredited lab — Eurofins, SGS, Intertek, or an NABL-accredited facility, not the brand's in-house team.
- Analytical report (A.R.) number — you can use this to verify the report directly with the lab. No A.R. number, no audit trail.
- Batch number matching the jar — a generic COA without a specific batch number is a marketing document, not verification.
- Fulvic acid quantified to a method — the Indian Ayurvedic Pharmacopoeia uses spectrophotometric quantification. "Rich in fulvic acid" is not a measurement.
- Heavy metals against API limits — lead, arsenic, mercury, cadmium against pharmacopeial specification. Since 2025, responsible testing also screens for thallium.
- Microbial counts — total plate count plus key pathogens against the API standard.
- Manufacture and expiry dates — printed on the certificate, matching the jar label.
The B023724DC25 certificate linked above carries every one of these fields, and every 2026 batch will too. If a competing brand cannot show this much, the marketing copy does not matter — there is nothing to audit.
Comparing Our Results to Research-Grade Material
Where the clinical evidence sitsMost clinical studies of shilajit used purified resin in the 65-78% fulvic acid range. Our 76.12% sits firmly within that research-grade window.
- Pandit 2016 used 65% fulvic acid resin.Their 90-day RCT on 60 men showed 23% rise in free testosterone. PubMed PMID 26395129 [RCT].
- Velmurugan 2012 used 70% fulvic acid resin.Their cohort study showed 1-2 g/dL hemoglobin gain in iron-deficient adults. PubMed PMID 22569451 [Cohort].
- Stohs 2014 reviewed materials at 60-80% fulvic acid.Confirmed safe for daily adult use at recommended doses. PubMed PMID 22754076 [Review].
- Carrasco-Gallardo 2012 documented the cellular mechanisms.Established the mitochondrial pathway that explains energy gains. PubMed PMID 22214255 [Mechanistic].
The practical takeaway: when you take Yeti Life shilajit, the active compound profile matches the resin used in published clinical trials. The benefits documented in those papers apply to the material in your jar.
Heavy Metals in Shilajit — Full 5-Metal Testing Guide
Lead · Arsenic · Mercury · Cadmium · Thallium (2025 standard)The 2025 Food and Chemical Toxicology paper raised the bar on heavy-metal testing for Indian shilajit. We now publish all 5 metals on every COA — including the newer thallium screen that most pre-2025 brands skipped.
For the complete testing methodology, FDA Category 1 limits, and what each metal does to the body at unsafe levels, read our reference page: Heavy Metals in Shilajit — 5-Metal Testing Guide.
Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about our lab dataWhere can I see the Yeti Life lab results?
The full COA PDF for the current batch is linked above in the highlighted section. Every batch we have ever shipped has a matching certificate on this page archive.
Is your shilajit tested for thallium?
Yes. We added thallium to our standard panel in mid-2025 after the new Food and Chemical Toxicology paper warned about it.
Most other Indian brands do not test for thallium. Our current batch tests at 0.02 mg/kg, well below FDA Category 1 thresholds.
What lab does Yeti Life use?
Eurofins India in Bangalore. Eurofins is one of the three globally trusted independent labs along with SGS and Intertek.
All Yeti Life batches go through the full Eurofins pharmacopeial panel before release.
How current are your lab results?
Each batch is tested before release. Our COAs are always less than 6 months old. We do not reuse old data like budget brands.
Each batch typically yields 3-4 months of stock. Then a new batch (and new COA) replaces it.
Why is the fulvic acid 76% and not 90%+?
Authentic shilajit tests at 60-80% fulvic acid. Above 90% indicates a synthetic blend, not real shilajit.
Our 76.12% is research-grade and sits in the same range as the resin used in published clinical trials.
Can I verify the COA independently?
Yes. Visit the Eurofins India online portal and enter the analytical report number from the certificate. The portal returns the same data, confirming the certificate is authentic.
What if my batch shows a different value?
Each batch has slight natural variation but all stay within authentic ranges. If you see a major mismatch between your jar and the COA on this page, contact our customer support team immediately.
We will investigate within one business day.
What happens if a batch fails testing?
It does not ship. Period. A failing batch never reaches customers and never appears on this archive page.
Failed batches are destroyed, not sold to other brands or downgraded.
